Get ready for The City of Kemahs biggest event of the year. Brought to you by the Kemah Police Department and the Kemah Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association. Entertainment will be provided by Vocals Unlimited. There will also be a BBQ cook off competition with some of the areas top cook off teams. City Council-person Kelly Williams will be helping with all children's activities ( fun and games ). Tent spaces are available for merchants at $25.00 for a 10 x 10 space. You can call Betty Brown for set up times at 281-535-0041. All proceeds from this event will be use to help fund blue christmas; "where the Kemah Police Department and the Kemah Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association delivery christmas presents to needy families and their children on Christmas day". The event will be held right under Kemahs new Light House Water Tower on the streets of 9th and Bradford. We will be providing more information as more sponsors and the entertainment come forth. Your Kemah Police Academy Alumni meets the first Monday of each month, 6:30 pm at the Kemah Community Center. This organization helps the Kemah Police Department with Blue Christmas every year; five needy families are chosen to receive donated gifts. The Police Academy also has Breakfast with Santa once a year. "Please," if you can donate to this organization email me kemahcoach@aol.com. We need used bicycles and children's gifts. Don't forget pancakes and pictures with Santa on Saturday, December 9th, 2006 at your Kemah Community Center.
